Those guys in the tactical gear just materialized out of thin air. I don’t know where they were beforehand but in the blink of an eye there were six Secret Service agents dogpiling Pres. Trump and three or four guys in full SWAT battle rattle with their ARs out and ready in front of and around the podium.
