How didn’t anyone else not get hit?
It looked like the shots came from his right side, in the direction he was looking. Not sure what was off to his left side. There were a lot of people behind him, and presumably in front.
You assume no one else was shot. We don’t know that yet. Plus there could easily be injuries from wood splinters.
I saw many people in the stands with blood all over them. I think people were hit, or they could have been injured trying to find cover.
