He WAS seen. Clearly. By attendees outside the venue. They pointed the guy out to SS & LE, who ignored it. They continued to warn LE for a couple minutes, and were expecting people to swarm out after being evacuated, but nothing. SS did NOTHING.
Then they heard shots. SS had 2 minutes to take out the guy, but they didn’t.
We cannot trust SS.
