Many more pops (gunshots?) as the SS covered the President. The crowd stayed mostly on its feet, including those closest to him behind the podium, looking in all directions.
This part of the crowd closest to the camera hit the dirt.

President Trump didn't "fall" after touching his ear. He got low behind the podium--this move has no doubt been drilled several times just in case.
The crowd stayed on it's feet for the most part. Confusion on their faces, looking in all directions.
