The first reason democrats want the borders open (for the long term) is for votes - the second reason (the 'now' reason) is to fight inflation by reducing wages for Americans (with people willing to 'work under the table for lower wages). As far as 'labor' for conservative businesses - that 's a lie. Trump was always against illegal immigration but he did support LEGAL immigration. As most of us do. You bought into a liberal meme/lie on that one Dirty. Hell would freeze over before Biden would help conservative businesses.

When democrats talk of their great concern for cheap labor - they talk about upscale restaurants needing cheap dishwashers etc to keep prices down in liberal 'elite' hangouts where meals starts at $200 a pop.
