I think Kamala has a lock on it. She gets the campaign funds intended to exercise the 2024 steal. Nobody else can claim those funds.

The question was can the delegates vote their conscience. If I’m not mistakes they are obligated to vote for Biden on first vote. If they don’t have a winner then 2nd vote they can change their vote.
The delegates will be mailing their votes to Donna Brazille this weekend.

I was thinking about this late last night and I found this article. Basically the rules changed, now delegates can vote “in good conscience”, but the rules don’t define what that means.
