The minute Biden picked up the piece of paper with the people who are asking the questions, the presser was over. My lovely wife of 34 years, who came from the media and was a spokesman for a Jersey politician said that was the first time she saw anyone show the list of questioners. As we all noticed, hands did not go up to ask questions. That means Biden knew the questions in advance. That’s not a press conference. That is a scripted, rehearsed event that was probably set up weeks ago so Biden could rehearse.
I looked at my wife about a quarter of the way through and said, “all of this will be presented as Biden having energy and capacity to handle the job.” It was by all accounts a train wreck and Biden only confirmed what most of us have known for the last four years. This man cannot manage a lemonade stand.
