I read that there were more misiles but the Ukes shot them down with a Norwegian made defence system and only three got by. But the bad part for us is that over four dozen parts that made up that missile were purchased on the open market from western companies, shipped to China, renamed, and shipped to Russia. So the US supplied many parts of the unit that made it flyable. And it was a KH-101 cruise.

Somebody's at least thinking about how to address that problem. Long read but worth it.
