There are thousands of robberies, assaults, batteries, muggings, burglaries, breaking and enterings, scams, frauds, and breaches of contract in these United States annually. Violations of the law do not invalidate the law. Violations of the Volstead act did not directly harm anyone. Elective abortion ALWAYS harms at least one person.
