Sevastopol is not a Russian city.

Yeah, Sevastopol is. It was founded in 1783 by Catherine the Great. The Russian fleet has been there since that time except when briefly forced out by the original Nazis.

You may not like it, but yeah, it’s Russian, that is the language there, they all have Russian passports, and it has been that way since the Era of George Washington. Longer than we have had Ohio.
