I took a quick look at it and was surprised that it had NO executive summary! Who puts together a 900-page policy document without a summary in front? This is just asking for the Democrats to create their own summary to distort what’s in it. In politics, if you don’t break down your ideas into simple bullet points that are easily digestible, your opponents will do it for you. The authors should have known this.
I just said the very same thing. No serious document that purports to be a useful guide is not arranged with bullet points followed by detailed support. This just proves in spades that these bureaucratic policy wonks don’t know the first thing about management, leadership or business.
