No, it proves the manipulative actions of the Juristocracy of liberal judges (Israeli Supreme Court) who have extra-legislative powers over the Knesset and the PM.
They arranged for the unauthorized release of the “doctor” in charge of Shifa Hospital (which was built over Hamas central HQ and computer server farm in northern Gaza. This “doctor” conducted terrorist torture of hostages as well as killing of hostages in the hospital. He should never have been released. Note that many of these “judges” have dual citizenship in Israel and in the US. This certainly has to stop right now.
