On most applications, there is often that nagging question:
“May we contact your present employer?” Yes or No?
If you check ‘H*ll-No!!’, the unspoken response is usually “Why?”

Yes, but in this case, they mark Yes, list President Biden. Good luck on reaching him, getting a coherent answer.

The challenge will be if Democrats blacklist anyone bailing on Biden in an effort to stop them from leaving.

Past employers won’t tell a prospective employer anything beyond “He was employed from July 2020 to June 2024.” Anything more sets them up for liability.

A friend once called to ask me about a guy I had previously worked with. He was considering hiring him.

I let him know in no uncertain terms what a mistake hiring him would be.
