He said he sent that photo a friend on her way to visit Korea but the photo was not taken in Asia it was a goat and somewhere in South America.
The most anybody could find wrong with this pic is the implication that they eat dogs in parts of Asia (even though it was not a dog he was holding up in the pic).
Maybe a tongue and cheek “be careful what you eat there” self made meme.
Liberals would be most offended by that. So, it very well have been posted recently by a Biden supporter.
