oh how I miss Rush!!!
His popularity would have SKYROCKETED , if that be possible, out into orbit... during this terrible season of political chaos!!
My best guess is that dem cesspool judge will find him guilty, sentence him to time but stay imposition of sentence. Gets his cake and eats it too. No way these paragons of crap are going to let the SC push them around.
Frankly Trump’s legal challenges fall in areas beyond immunity. There are enough first, fifth, sixth and 14th amendment issues here to cover all bases.
When Trump takes office, he needs notify his staff, any bill sending even one peso to NY gets vetoed.
“This has little to do with the law or the USSC decision ... it’s purely a political calculation.”

Exactly. In my opinion, yesterday’s decision about presidential immunity has virtually nothing to do with this case. This will turn on due process grounds and the ability (or lack thereof) of a state level court to decide matters of federal election law. I expect a full reversal at some level of appeal.
Regarding Bragg and Merchan, they were in this for the political benefits. They figured that by shutting down Trump‘s campaign and helping Biden, they would be richly rewarded, politically speaking, during the second Biden administration. Now that the political winds have shifted completely in the opposite direction, they both realize that they are not going to get any rewards, and that they are going to be investigated if this thing goes any further. They are trying to push the ball into somebody else’s court, literally, and be able to wash their hands of this fiasco as fast as possible.
However, unlike Biden, Trump’s memory is not failing him - there WILL be payback, and there SHOULD be some - if for no other reason than for the Left to know that they can’t do this kind of thing for free. I would like Trump and his attorney general to take the same attitude that the Israelis did after the 1972 Munich massacre: make sure that every single person who took part in this disgusting abuse of our legal system, on whatever level, pays the price for what they have done on a professional level, and sometimes on a personal level. These people who are attorneys and judges need to be, not merely removed from their present positions, they need to be disbarred. Some of them need to go to jail. Their political masters also need to be charged in some fashion or other. Every single one of them has to pay a heavy What price, so that in the future such underlings to the political movers and shakers will be unwilling to do anything like this again.
If the Dems truly want to become the party of Fascism, they will jail Trump.
I don’t possibly see how that helps them in congressional races and may give Trump with a lead they can’t overcome his victory iwith fraud as they did in 2020.
These people truly do despise America -- as they do the nearly quarter-billion American citizens who dare disagree with them -- and they absolutely abhor our Constitution and the guarantees of Liberty it provides. Without holding these enemies of Liberty and freedom -- at least the leaders of this "progressive" disease -- accountable, the restoration of our Republic will be but a temporary setback to those whose purpose in life is to "fundamentally transform the United States of America" [Ref.- mulatto-marxist-muslim, 2008)
Funny how everything seems to work out for Trump. Almost like it was planned. 🤔
Its been delayed til September 18th..my guess is Obama and other goons inside the White House see the whole “He’s a convicted felon!” crap didnt stick..Trump is still kicking ass and taking names and they did NOT see it coming, they might end up dropping this whole thing and folding their tent
That is the best analysis of Monday’s SCOTUS immunity decision. Biden and Obama better take care
Will someone please tell me if Trump’s Attorneys are filing a motion with Scotus to get the NY trial tossed?
My understanding is that they used evidence from Trumps tweets in the court case which are protected under presidential immunity and cannot be used for evidence. They can’t unravel the evidence from the verdict so i think Trump will appeal to get the case thrown out. I’m thinking they are doing that now. Merchan is no longer in charge of the case. ANd i think because the evidentiary findings are pre trial they can be appealed prior to the verdict or sentencing. Which means the verdict and the trial itself are null and void.
Yes. Nothing to do with the ruling.>>. They used Trump’s tweets about Cohen in the trial evidence. That is now immune from being used in a criminal trial. His tweets are protected via the ruling that they are owned by the national archives and are part of his official duties.
Something new and inflammatory may be wrong with the case.
>>>>
yes.. They used Trumps tweets about Cohen as evidence. Those tweets are now immune from being used in evidence in a criminal case as the tweets are part of his official acts. The ruling related to Trump wanting to delete tweets and the archives said no they are part of his official records.
Merchan may very much wish to avoid the very public bi+chslap that he feels approaching him and his conduct by the federal judiciary.>>> And they used Trump tweets about Cohen in evidence which are now fully immune from being used in a criminal case. His tweets were ruled official acts. He couldn’t delete them. ( always was but now scotus has at least ruled on it)
Thanks. It had been a long time since I posted an article as Breaking News.
