I don't think these idiot DEI promotions know the first thing about the Constitution.

I'll watch them on X spout the most ridiculous drivel about the workings of government. They think that when Trump was in office, he was hamstrung to do ANYTHING, but Biden has an open hand to do whatever he wants, including "expanding the Court" with a simple wave of his wand.

Even if they could change the Constitution, it wouldn’t apply to Donald Trump 1st term.

I believe it would be an ex post facto law.

“Congress cannot change the Constitution...” - by themselves. However, every amendment added to the Constitution had to first be passed by Congress. The only other way for an amendment to be added is through an Article V convention.
