Does anybody know how the certificates arrive? What door is used to go through to take certificates to congress? If they come in a big box or an envelope? Brought in by the Capitol Police?

Just retroactively turn misdemeanors like “ walking on the grass” or “ impeding sidewalks” into felonies, extend the statute of limitations, and throw in “ attempting to influence a federal election” to elevate the charges ….
