E A S Y chicken in crock pot
Spray crock with Pam
Put in 4-6 whole bonesless/skinless chicken breasts cut in half lengthwise.
Add 2# small redskins
add 1# baby carrots
Add 1# young green beans
Pour whole bottle of good quality Italian dressing atop mix and stir so dressing is covering everything
Cover And cook on high 4 or low 6 hrs til chicken is done. Check w thermometer or fork -easy shred . Mix well halfway through
Will get several meals. Will have extra chicken. Good for chicken salad; pulled chicken n slaw sandwiches; stir fry
