Appetizer for dinner - Burrata Delight
I burrata
2 sliced tomatoes
2 sliced avocados
1 thinly sliced Vidalia
Balsamic glaze
Toppings: Cashews, capers, julienned basil; chopped jarred artichoke hearts
Layer alternates of tomato , avocado and onion around burrata. Drizzle w glaze. Sprinkle toppings on top of glaze. Have beaker of glaze on side. Containers of toppings. Serve with garlic/ herb/ cheese bread
