If you’re just waking up at 8 am on Tuesdays it should be because you’re working B shift. B and C shift workers should be wearing ear plugs. A shift workers get up at between 5-6 a.m.
I’m in my mid sixties and start working at 6 am on weekdays and every weekend on 7 am because we are self employed.

Actually, in my case, it’s my wife (I’m straight, sorry feds). And she is NOT just waking up at 8 AM on Tuesdays, she is SLEEPING at that time, until the symphony starts. In my case I’m wired to get up around 6 AM every morning, and can remember that back to grade school.
