I watched my mother in law die from this...it was sad to see such a vibrant woman reduced to a skeleton with no recognition.
On her last day, we had her out at a garden area of the nursing facility sitting in the sun on a beautiful Spring day. There were whirly-gigs slowly turning in the light breeze and she would reach out toward them as they turned. The colors fancy and delightful. It was a long and exhausting process and a relief when she passed away that night....My wife was in bed with her holding her, telling her it was okay to go. She was a fighter, that was for certain. The very devout Catholic she was, finally let go and joined God in Heaven.
I’m so sorry 😞
Your mother in law was honored and blessed by such wonderful care. May God richly bless all of those who were so loving and tender to her.
