Unlikely from the eyewitness reports. The innocent truck driver Joe falsely accused of being drunk tried to render aid. She ran the stop sign. She just bought a Christmas tree.
There’s also rumor Joe killed her. He was in DC.

I used to like Dick Van Dyke before he became political, but I am going to guess he is partially telling the truth here.
Most likely, this meeting Van Dyke remembers is AFTER Biden got into politics because he had a "big belly", the woman on his arm was likely some floozy he was having an affair with, and the gold chains would be spot on the money.
Probably while he was married to Jill, although I suspect "married" and "Jill" in the same sentence can be quite elastic. Van Dyke if he likes Biden, is losing his marbles in any case.

No! Just no. Kennedy is not a legitimate Dem candidate in any way shape or form. He did not win any primaries, then decided to leave the Dems and run as an independent. Now he wants back in the Dem fold as their nominee. He is as selfish as nearly all Dems, and maybe only marginally less far Left. Let the Dems clean up their own mess. President Trump should just focus on his own campaign.
