We can’t rule out stupidity though... maybe they really didn’t know those three states had deadlines for this? Obama’s intelligence is over-rated in my opinion.
Lionel pointed out that the last thing we should wish for is Biden pulled from the election. I tend to agree if only to make the DNC pay for that turdsucker to begin with, not to mention the Heritage foundation laying legal groundwork for keeping Bidon in place. There is no gain without them feeling some pain for the debacle of the Biden administration.
