And who the hell is paying for the travels from Haiti, through Mexico, to bribe the cartels, and pay the smugglers?

I just checked with my friend from the DR. He says there is a wall, between Haiti and the DR, guarded 24/7, by the military, plus a river between. The Dominicans don’t want the Haitians either.
