I completely agree. I think most world leaders (in private) are very concerned about Biden's mental faculties.
There will be a second debate—with whoever takes over for Biden on the ticket. I think the pressure would be strong to have that debate, though Trump might be able to run out the clock. If nothing else, Trump could set the rules, starting with a conservative panel.
