Respectfully submitted, the CIA *is* involved in quite a bit of evil action. Note they successfully swayed the 2020 election, partly by lying and claiming the Hunter Biden laptop was fake, partly by other means.
Furthermore, foreign revolutions and coups are EXACTLY their charter.
