And even if they do, can they remember all of it? The one for my car is hundreds of pages. Who remembers all of that?

You shouldn't have to read the owners manual to learn how to open the damn car door.
I've had 12 different cars/suvs in my lifetime, and I never had to read the owner's manual for opening a vehicle door.
Next, people will have to read the owner's manual to learn how go get in and out of the car, not to mention how to sit in it.
