I do believe this whole debate is structured to minimize the stimuli to which SloJo is exposed. Seems like he freezes when too many things assault his senses...visual or aural.
This debate structure, supposedly has none.
And, there is the ‘drug’ stuff. If he shows up, jaunty and racing to his appointed spot...it’s the drugs. We’ve seen way too much of his senior shuffle in the past months to believe that he, all of a sudden, is vibrant and dynamic, again.
