The fob wasn’t recovered. I bet he handed that off to the person hiring him immediately upon leaving the building with the key lanyard. The keys he just left in his car as if they were of no further use to him.

It should be easy to cut off the individual fob, or reprogram the fob lock. I mean, easy for people who are competent. Not sure Maricopa County election officials are competent.

The fob is useless w/o the password. The passwords are all changed prior to the next election in a process called logic and accuracy, or L&A.

The keys are a big deal, because they give you access to the ballots scannned and the vote image/vote tally disk drives. You cant get to those unless you break seals (quite detectable), but you can get to them.

The keys are per tabulator in GA. Can’t speak for AZ.
