Good grief, guy. Get a grip on reality.

Both rulings apply to the process of the judge's dirty dealings in Bragg's persecution. The SC's simple restating of principles of basic, mandatory fairness in trial procedings (settled law) have not yet been argued in an appeal. An appeal that will easily win out.
