I believe on the local level is where most of the corruption goes on and most of these places do not want any challenges or oversight because of corruption and making the crooks that control them mad. I have worked at the polls that was many years ago and there was a lot to be desired. While voting I called out corruption and it went the way I said it does.

Don’t pay aging New Yorkers to sit at home and make up numbers!
