EXCLUSIVE: DOJ’s Kristen Clarke Asked Ex-Husband to Say She Wasn’t an Abuser During Confirmation Process, Ex Alleges (May 13, 2024)
Clarke allegedly reached out to her ex-husband Reginald Avery in May 2021, asking him for a statement saying that she was not a domestic abuser during a confirmation process where she did not disclose her past arrest.
“I was seeing another woman,” Avery shared in the May 2021 text message exchange. “She was angry. Attacked me with a knife. I instinctively grabbed it. As I said earlier, I’m not blameless.”
“That’s the story,” Avery insisted. “That’s what happened. She went to jail.”

Clarke is also the subject of ethics complaints filed with

Culture?
Race does not define culture. I cannot argue about black street norms, they are a total failure.
You can tell which imprint is made on individuals, most often by how they speak. And what they say or focus on.
I know many fine black friends and family members. Connections that extend back 100 years.
REALITY101: Black culture is real and is DEFINITELY NOT spectacular.
Example: Black homicides - 95% is black-on-black...and waaaay more than white-on-white.
Example: 80% black homes are fatherless
So many more examples if you open your eyes and see reality.
