Trump has said in his rallies that he wants to test Biden for drugs before the debates. But I suspect, unfortunately, that was just rhetoric.
Ask the cameras to look each candidate and moderator closely in the eyes. With bright TV lights all pupils should be relatively constricted. Biden, when presumably juiced, has had his pupils dilated widely. If Biden, only, is wide eyed that is evidence.
If so Trump might comment, "That is interesting and not what we expect pupils to do in bright light. Now, I'm not a doctor, but I know doctors can give you eye drops that do that. But I don't recall Joe's medical releases mentioning he was on any eye drops. I've seen enough TV and movies to recall the term 'fixed and dilated' may mean not good things about brain function. I'm not a doctor, but I see something unusual, as can viewers at home, and am concerned. So Joe, are your eyes doing this on their own, from some medical problem or is this your doctors' fault? And why? Americans need to know there isn't anything important wrong with their President's health. With whom we seem stuck for seven more months. And is there is something wrong, why hasn't the President, or those Constitutionally assigned to monitor his fitness, informed We The People?"
Getting in the last point is imperative. Whether to call out Joe this way is a tactical question for Trump to decide. But if he chooses it he must do so in a way broadly enough that replacing Joe can't end the issue! Should they swap Joe out his party needs to be blamed for covering up what we could see from home. If we want to vote against Joe as no longer fit, we should also want to vote against anyone else from his party, who should have known so earlier, and chose to leave us unprotected for that iconic 3AM emergency phone call. If Joe is unfit now keeping him until now is scandalous and they can't be allowed to sweep that scandal under the rug of a new candidate. Their job, especially Harris's, but also those in the Cabinet designated under the 25th, is to respond to that crisis before everyone can see it. See a doll dressed up nice, address it as real for awhile, then attack when frustrated by its lack of response. The deserved results are told in an old fable, that Disney, and the left, no longer like.
