Pretty upstate like the Finger Lakes and the Adirondacks, but both areas economic quagmires since forever...NYC a millstone around the entire state’s neck. On the contrary, Upstate NY was quite prosperous are one point. The Erie Canal played a huge role in that.
It's demise is strictly the work of democrat run government.
