Doubtful Garland mentions their files specifically in the call. They are all fully aware of the immoral and illegal actions which made them vulnerable. Garland is more likely simply deriving pleasure know a chill is going down their spines when he simply says “Hello”.

The few honest and decent people elected to Congress are completely disgusted by the corruption and voluntarily leave by the of their first term in order to save their souls.
