If by some good fortune, Trump gets re-elected President, WE NEED A CONGRESS ( both houses ) that will cooperate with him to enact this into law. Otherwise, it’s all wishful thinking.

A split Congress won’t do, we need Trump as President AND conservative Republicans in control of BOTH HOUSES to enact this.

It remains to be seen whether this can happen.
