I think he’s just pooping. It’s hard to walk and poop at the same time. If old poopy pants gets through the debate without pooping, he wins.
My dad passed away from complications due to Parkinson’s. The one thing that I notice about Creepy Joe that differs from my dad’s condition is the absence of the hand trembling, Joe’s hands are more like a statues with no movement, also Biden’s verbal gaffes seem more like dementia.

my 90 yrs aunt walks just like joey, but has all her marbles.
she does not have parkinsons. joey does not have the tail tell tremour of one of his hands or arms either.
My dad never had the tremors common to Parkinson’s, but he had enough of the other symptoms to be diagnosed with it.
In retrospect I think that he had MSA, multiple system atrophy, a rare neurological disorder which shares many of the same symptoms, but which is ultimately fatal. MSA just progressively shuts down portions of your autonomic nervous system until your body ceases to function. There is no cure.
