Federal officials? This is getting much bigger now. The feds may have been helping them hide trans surgeries by breaking state law. My speculation, but the feds must be involved somehow.
There’s no reason Josh Tetens, McLennan County DA (Waco TX) cant pull a Fani Willis and drag all of the “federal officials” into a Waco courtroom and tie them up in expensive legal limbo for years.
Them’s the new rules. It’s time for our side to play by them.
