The Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. Campaign filed a Complaint with the Federal Election Commission stating that this criterion that would be used to include Joe Biden and Donald Trump in a Thursday, June 27 debate that might exclude RFK, Jr. could not legally be employed without triggering illegal corporate contributions to the Biden and Trump Campaigns. It appears that the FEC agrees.
He failed to qualify for the debates because the Democrats do not want him there. If the Democrats thought that having Kennedy at the debates would help Joe against Trump, he would be there.
He’s a distraction. It’s Trump and Brandon, or whomever they actually nominate, that count.
If everyone who was aligned with a third party candidate actually voted for them, they’d have a shot.
The duopoly is bad for America.
