Biden officials and others pointed out that the video used was seemingly cropped.

The term cropping is ususaly limited to still photos. Cropping a video would only change the outer edge of a video, however editing and CGI would be a whole different story which they seem to be implying with use of the wrong terms.

Biden’s “strategy” is obvious........he can say in November (after the Steal):

“Despite all the losing polls and my own people doubting me, I won with 100 million votes.”

They are saying that if there is a video 30 minutes long and you show only 15 seconds where The Biden brain farts are the loudest, this is fake. The problem is the media know their leftist stooges will actually believe this. They know their lackeys will never actually try to find the videos and will never look at them. They will go through the rest of their lives with the belief that Obama never took Biden's wrist and led him off stage at that fundraiser in San Francisco with Jimmy Kimmel standing next to them. "This didn't happen" they will keep repeating.
