It’s barely a stretch to say that China owns the Ecuador power grid.... here is a sampling of some of the main hydroelectric projects. Sopladora, Minas San Francisco, Delsitanisagua, Toachi-Pilaton, Coca Codo sinclair, Alluriquin, Sarapullo Quijos.

Since Ecuador will never be able to pay China back, suffice it to say that China owns Ecuador....

Sure hope not! We have a NERC training and qualification system for grid operators in the lower 48. The reason we have it is due to similar events in the past in the USA.
