Trump made statements that the American people had to a right to hear. That is protected under Amendment I.
Trump’s use of “go wild” is the critical issue.
For younger folks it would meaning yelling, screaming, waving signs vigorously and other actions that are non-violent and non-destructive.
Conservative folks behave in a conservative manner.
If I was the planner, I would have had the crowd yell:
Georgia - stolen
Arizona - stolen
Wisconsin - stolen
Pennsylvania - stolen
Michigan - stolen
Investigate - the nation will wait.
