Just to be accurate, they weren’t filming a scene; they were rehearsing it and planned to film it the next day.

Does it really matter? To be guilty of criminal negligence, one must act with reckless disregard for human life. Pulling the trigger on a gun that you believe is loaded with blanks while rehearsing a movie scene would hardly qualify as “criminal negligence.” Especially when you hired someone to specifically check the safety of the gun.

Everting was NOT filming a scene. He was rehearsing. He chose to point it at the victim and fire the weapon. He’s a killer

Yeah, and someone who has a fatal auto accident is a “killer,” too. The issue isn’t whether he caused the death, it’s whether his state of mind/actions amount to “reckless disregard for human life.” Firing a gun that you believe has blanks in it, and which was inspected by a professional to make sure it had blanks in it, while rehearsing a movie scene, does not even come close to meeting the legal standard.

It does matter if it was a rehearsal versus filming.

There's no reason to have a real firearm for a rehearsal and dummy firearms on a set are required to be marked as such. This is on the armorer.

Leftits have no understanding, and really don’t care, about the proper use of firearms.

Of course no live ammo should’ve been anywhere near that set. None. There was zero reason to have it, and having it only made this death possible.

But leftist actors are too self centered and have unjustified egos. They don’t think any rules apply to them, whether trading sex with minors for movie roles or horsing around with firearms.

Baldwin is reported to have fired a blank at an extra shortly before he killed that woman and wounded another. That, by itself, is an ejection if not ban from ANY situation in which firearms are present. But the rules don’t apply to them. They can do it, and if someone is killed, well it’ll be years before they see a courtroom and it’ll likely be dismissed anyway, so who the f*ck cares they have a movie to make.
