Attorney May Mailman, representing the six sorority members, made the argument that the national sorority council and president Mary Pat Rooney violated KKG’s bylaws, which state that “a new member shall be a woman,” when they accepted Langford. So the sorority used the same techniques used by Dems in the 2020 election -- ignore the laws and rules, apply different standards, and change processes DURING the voting.Other bylaws previously alleged to have been disregarded to secure Langford’s admission included dropping the requirement for a two-thirds majority approval vote via a convention of board members. This came in 2021 after KKG published a Guide For Supporting Our LGBTQIA+ Members which inserted a position statement that “Kappa Kappa Gamma is a single-gender organization comprised of women and individuals who identify as women.” As a Convention to approve this position statement was never held, the appeal stated, Langford’s acceptance into KKG was a violation of accepted policies.
...the initial litigation points out that the female members were at first promised anonymity in the voting process, only to then be told they would have to identify themselves on the ballot form.
Additionally...Langford was accepted in KKG with a Grade Point Average (GPA) far below the admission requirement. The sorority’s policy was to only admit students whose GPA was 2.7 or higher, while Langford’s GPA was just 1.9. This indicated that Langford was “evaluated using a different standard” than female members were.
Langford has a 1.9 GPA!!? He is clearly mentally ill on the tranny and GPA counts.
This has been shown to be true, especially during the Mad Max-Wrecking Ball experience of the Biden Administration.
They STILL VOTED FOR HIM.
Sorry. Consequences suck. Now they are yelling for someone else to bail them out.
A good life lesson for these ladies.
