I had coffee with John MCGuire on my front porch, several moths ago, before the 5th district GOP rally. (I was a delegate) So I got to talk with him, for the most part I agree with him. I think he will work with Trump when that time comes.
I know it is politics, and I have been to several conventions, but I would rather hear what good the candidate is going to do, instead of how bad the other guy is.
You are very wise, and having personal contact with an individual is a good way to find out just how they really feel.
