Democratic and leftist groups are gaming out how to resist and prepare for former President Trump’s possible return to the White House, including blue state governors stockpiling abortion pills.
The Supreme Court ruled against a challenge to the Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) regulatory approval process of the abortion drug Mifepristone, but some Democratic Party leaders are reportedly preparing for a hypothetical scenario where the Trump administration rescinds the approval or uses the 1873 Comstock Act to criminalize mailing Mifepristone across state lines.
"The Democratic governor of Washington State, Jay Inslee, said he had secured a large enough supply of Mifepristone pills to preserve access for women in his state through a second Trump administration. The supply is locked away at a state warehouse," The New York Times reported in a piece headlined "The Resistance to a New Trump Administration Has Already Started."
nslee is not alone, according to The Times, he is "one of at least five Democratic governors who have established stockpiles of Mifepristone to guard against the possibility of any Trump administration using federal power to stop its interstate distribution. The others are the governors of California, Massachusetts, New York and Oregon."
"We have it physically in the state of Washington, which could stop him and his anti-choice forces from prohibiting its distribution," Inslee told The Times. "It has a life span of five or six years. If there was another Trump administration, it’ll get us through."
Inslee’s aides argued that the FDA agency itself could rescind its approval of the pills, in which case they would argue that the FDA lacks authority to restrict usage of the stockpiles of pills already existing in various states, provided they don’t cross state lines.

Patriots, we need to amend the Constitution to require the very corrupt federal government to begin every law and official action with a reference to the constitutional clause that reasonably justifies the law or action. Note that Congress has historically refused to do this.

Regarding FDA and safety, the only mention of safety in the Constitution limits the federal government's power to police safety to situations where the Writ of Habeas Corpus is denied during rebellion or insurrection.
"Article I, Section 9, Clause 2: The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety [emphasis added] may require it."

In other words, even if the states were to regard the protections of the constitutionally undefined FDA as indispensable, it remains that FDA is based on stolen state powers and needs to be eliminated, along with a bunch of other constitutionally undefined federal regulatory agencies wrongly established by career federal lawmakers who evidently don't want to take responsibility for the state legislative powers that voters who have never studied the federal government's powers unthinkingly trust the feds with.
Also, blue states that have a state income tax need to respect freedom of religious expression by requiring pro-abortion taxpayers to put their money where their mouths are by providing a checkbox on state tax return to donate a modest fee to help pay for abortions in that state since desperate Democratic, vote-winning federal taxing and spending for abortions is unconstitutional imo.

Patriots need to get a grip on the constitutionally reality that the Supreme Court's decision Roe v. Wade (Roe) was a MAJOR constitutional scandal imo, the corrupt media sweeping that scandal under the carpet imo when Hobbs v. Jackson overturned Roe.
What does it say when the most critical issue to one political party is the “right” to KILL THE BABY?
