Trump has stated just that for his third term. Exactly.
He has said he'd get rid of payroll taxes (when running for 2nd term), in a republican meeting stated he'd like to get rid of income tax, and most recently touted no taxes on tips.
The dirty little secret is that none of our so-called taxes go to pay for any federal program (see Grace Commission report). The IRS collects 1040 fiat we fork over as payment on the fiat debt-based dollars printed with usury by the central banksters. So-called "taxes" creates an environment that helps us voluntarily pay half our incomes to fixing roads, having wars, housing illegals, and so on, when it does nothing of the sort.
No taxes on tips is unfortunate coming from Trump, however, as it would be a huge tax break for big employers of tip-compensated employees, such as those working at many Trump properties.
