I have interviewed literally hundreds of Indians over the years for work, and I can easily count on two hands the number who were smart and good workers - with room left over on the second hand.

At least 95% of the resumes are falsified - pretending they know it all.

At least 75% of the online interviews had candidates referring to off-screen information in an attempt to cheat.

At least 50% of the interviews involved the candidate hiring third parties who sit off-screen and feed answers.

Want a smart off-short talent? Eastern Europe. They actually teach math and science there - unlike many other countries, including the US.

I’ve dealt with a lot of dots professionally and personally as there were many in my former neighborhood. HORRIBLE people. Liars, crooks, cheats and super entitled. They’re horrible neighbors. When the SHTF they need to be run out of the country, period.
