That’s reserved for real misdeeds. Lobbing missiles and drones at Israel, it would read more like this:
“Can’t you hit anything?! All that equipment, and you only make a crater or two in an airfield! You are disappointing. I thought you were serious about this Jihad thing. Well, we’ll tell Israel not to retaliate, but you know how Bibi gets. No promises.”
That sounds about right.
