Obama could be and should be legally executed over DACA. Section 1324 title 8 makes it a federal felony to encourage illegals to live here and the penalty section of the statute says if the encouragement leads to a death, the encourager can get the DP.
For sure some of obama’s 800,000 (actually multi-millions) of dreamers have killed people on our highways or elsewhere.
